[2024/12/02至2025/12/31]飯店存在部分區域裝修/改造的情況，期間可能會有粉塵或噪音汙染，敬請諒解。裝修期間，我們會將有可能產生噪音的工作，安排在如下時間：週中：09:00-12:00 & 14:00-18:00; 週末：10:00-12:00 & 14:00-18:00。我們對由此造成的不便深表歉意，並衷心感謝您一直以來對天倫王朝飯店的支持和喜愛！

酒店位於王府井大街最北端，地理位置非常好，北京最好的餐廳，都基本步行可到達。服務人員們非常熱情有禮，幫我寄快遞收外賣。外國賓客很多。入住和退房都非常快捷。酒店房間是新裝修的。幸運的話，打開窗就能看到王府井步行街和著名的王府井天主教堂（東堂）。酒店正在全面裝修，期待裝修好後再次入住！

Crystal, Jason and all staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thumb up for their great service! The room amenities were nicely done, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I had good sleep every night. Hotel is located on a great location as well which is near by Wangfujing street. This is my first time in Beijing, Impressive!

I booked this hotel after suggestion of a friend of mine and it turns to be a very good decision. The hotel is in Wangfujing pedestrian street but you can reach it by car. It’s near to the metro station and you can reach a lot of sites The room is very clean and comfortable (I loved the bed and the pillows), I had a room with view on wanfujing All the staff is very kind and friendly, speaks English and are at your disposal The hotel is under renovation but you don’t feel it We didn’t use the swimming pool but you can do that A very good experience

What a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The manager Gordon helped us with a situation involving a taxi driver who charged us 4times the price and we got a full refund thanks to Gordon. He even gave us a fruit platter. That was excellent service. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the breakfast was more than enough. The location is in the middle of the center. We felt very welcome.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was a good base for us to explore beijing for 5 days. The hotel room had been renovated not long ago, so everything was new looking. Room was spacious, space for luggage, bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. Room was serviced everyday, well clean by 女士郭海花. She was observant and added a personal touch by adding kids toothbrush sets for us. The hotel also has a gym with sufficient equipment, comes with an indoor pool too. Buffet was decent too, plenty of food. Subway: it was about 4mins walk to the elevator(beside adidas) down to jing yu hu tong station, line 8. Deng shi kou, line 5 can be reached too in 7mins. Location: hotel located at the end of the wang fu jing pedestrian street. Malls line the street. Apm mall in the middle, roughly a 12mins walk from apm mall to hotel. Overall, the hotel is value for money. But if require subway to be right below the hotel then this hotel might not be so suitable. If 5mins is ok then go for it!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — always greeting us warmly every time we entered or exited the lobby. A special shout-out to Apple, Leline, and all the lobby staff for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One memorable example was how they helped us sort out a parcel and even went the extra mile to deliver it directly to our room — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The friendly service, attention to detail, and personal touches truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

地點好，近王府井大街，方便跑完景點去逛逛去吃飯。晚餐去就近四季名福，網上取籌，差不多到號就慢慢從酒店走過去。房間比地鐵站附近的商旅連鎖酒店大，而且有浴缸，孩子每晚泡澡很開心。房間新裝修，整潔，第一天房內有裝修味，後來幾天也嗅不到。酒店客服Nora服務挺細心周到的。
